TWO WAYS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT



OUR PHILOSOPHY – CONSTANT MOTIVATION

Creating community and connection is the most important part of our program. We strongly encourage you to bring your friends and family into your personal program (through social media, text, emails, etc.) so they can help provide inspiration and motivation when you feel like you’ve hit a wall. It makes a HUGE difference when you know that you have all these people – plus the Down25 team – to reach out to when you need that little extra something to pick you up and keep you going.

STEP 1 / INITIAL CONSULTATION

Come into the office and let’s talk – about your health, your history, and your goals. We will take your weight and measurements – both the traditional way, and with our high-tech imaging and scales that will track your progress in a wide range of categories.


STEP 2 / LAUNCH MEETING

You and your MD physician will go over our recommendations for your Down25 program. Once you approve, we will set a schedule for your diet and exercise, and you will be on your way to being Down25!


STEP 3 / DAILY MONITORING

Every day, you will be required to step on the scale and wear your Fitbit. That way, your Personal Partner and the Down25 team can monitor your progress on a daily basis. Your family, friends or others can be shown how hard you have worked to achieve your success.


STEP 4 / SCHEDULED CHECK-INS

At regular intervals, you can come back to the office for a quick check-up and to discuss your progress. For patients who live too far away, or for whom coming to our office is inconvenient, we can schedule an internet appointment with a physician or nurse.
