In today’s wired world, technology gives us the unique ability to stay in touch with every Down25 client. With wireless electronic scales, Bluetooth-enabled Fitbits, Skype, FaceTime, email, and texting, the Down25 team can monitor your progress, answer your questions, modify your program as needed, and provide motivation and support when you need it.

CONSTANT MOTIVATION IS OUR PHILOSOPHY

Creating community and connection is the most important part of our program. We strongly encourage you to bring your friends and family into your personal program (through social media, text, emails, etc.) so they can help provide inspiration and motivation when you feel like you’ve hit a wall. It makes a HUGE difference when you know that you have all these people – plus the Down25 team – to reach out to when you need that little extra something to pick you up and keep you going.
